For small businesses and the agencies running them

See how ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek, Perplexity, Grok mentions your business

People ask AI who to call and where to buy, and the answer names a few businesses. If yours isn’t one of them, no one tells you. Ledger checks, says what to change, then checks again after you change it.

No email or account needed. Takes up to 2 minutes.

Example answer · made-up businesses

Payline: One flat price per employee. Sends payroll taxes to the CRA for you.

Northbridge HR: Payroll and benefits in one place.

This example business isn’t listed. The AI named four competitors instead.

Clearline Payroll: Cheapest of the four. Support is slower at year-end.

Vantage People: Best reports, and the only one with an API.

What's happening

Customers ask ChatGPT where to go and who to hire, and it names a few businesses. You never see those answers, so you can't tell whether yours comes up.

What we do

We ask AI the questions your customers ask and keep every answer, so you can watch them change. Then we write the edits for your site, and after you make one we ask again.

What's different

Most tools hand you a score and leave the rest to you. We write the change, and we tell you when it didn't work.

What customers actually type

People type these into AI every day.

Not into Google, but into ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and the rest. Each one answers with a short list of businesses.

Each one names somebody. Ledger checks if it’s you, and how often.

Try it on your own site.

Put in your web address. We read the site, figure out what you sell, write three questions a customer might ask, and show you the answers that came back.

Tell us about your customers for better questions

No email or account needed. Takes up to 2 minutes.

We do the legwork. You make the changes.

There are no keywords to research and no dashboard to learn. We ask the questions, read the answers, and write the fixes. You read them over and put them on your site.

  1. 01

    We ask the questions

    You don't write any.

We read your website, figure out what you sell and who buys it, and write questions your customers would likely ask. You can edit them. They're our best guesses, not search data. We ask them weekly or daily, depending on your plan.

    • Questions written for you
    • Asked on 2 to 6 AI assistants, by plan
    • Checked weekly or daily, by plan
  2. 02

    We read every answer

    You don't read reports.

We save every answer in full and note who got named, in what order, and which websites the AI pulled from. That shows where you're losing and who's beating you.

    • Who got named instead of you
    • Questions where you never come up
    • Websites the AI links to
  3. 03

    We write the fix

No guessing what to do next.

For each gap, we write one specific change: code to paste, a paragraph to swap in, or a site to get listed on. You approve it and add it to your site. We never touch your site.

    • Ready to use, not vague advice
    • One change per problem
    • Approve or skip in one click
  4. 04

    We show what changed

Good or bad, you see it.

14 days after your change goes live, we ask the same question again and show you what moved. If nothing changed or it got worse, we tell you. A change in the answer doesn't prove your fix caused it.

    • Before and after numbers
    • Same question, same method
    • Bad results shown too

What a fix looks like.

Each gap gets one change, written out and ready to paste in. These are the kinds we write.

  1. 01

    Site code

    Help AI understand your page

Paste one block into your page. About 2 minutes.

Problem. AI can't tell what your page is about, so it quotes someone else.

What we do. We write a small block of hidden code that describes your business, prices, and FAQs. We check that it works before you see it.

  2. 02

    Page rewrite

Put the answer at the top

Copy the new text over the old. About 5 minutes.

Problem. Your page takes three paragraphs to get to the point.

What we do. We rewrite the opening so the answer comes first, keeping all your real facts. You see the old and new versions side by side.

  3. 03

    Get listed

Get on the sites AI already trusts

One listing at a time. Often free.

Problem. AI pulls from directories and forum posts, and you're not on them.

What we do. We show which outside pages AI quotes for your industry, and which listing to claim first.

  4. 04

    Consistent details

Look like one business, not four

    One afternoon. Free.

Problem. Your name, address, or description is written differently across the web, so AI may think you're several businesses.

What we do. We find every version of your name and details, then give you one version to use everywhere: your site, Google profile, directories, and social pages.

  5. 05

    Specific facts

    Give AI something worth quoting

One page. About half a day.

Problem. Every competitor says they're experienced and reliable. AI can't repeat that as a fact.

What we do. We point out facts only you have, like real prices, timelines, or results, and show you how to write them so AI can quote them.

  6. 06

    Up-to-date pages

    Stop looking out of date

    15 minutes every 3 months.

Problem. Pages with no date can look old, and AI tends to prefer pages that look current.

What we do. We flag old pages, what on them isn't true anymore, and where to add a date AI can see.

  7. 07

    Readable text

Get your prices out of that image

Usually one page. About an hour.

Problem. Hours, prices, and services stuck in an image, a PDF, or behind a button. AI can't read them.

What we do. We list what AI can't see on your site and what to turn into plain text, starting with what matters most.

See what changed after your fix.

Once your change is live, we ask the same question again and show you the difference. If the answer changed, that’s what we saw. We can’t prove your edit caused it.

Example · made-up data

who repairs commercial espresso machines in Calgary

Before the fixnot namedThe answer named four other repair shops.
After the fix, 14 days laternamedNamed third, with the service area the new page spells out.

Example history · 12 checks

named in 4 of 12 · the fix went live after the sixth check

Every fix keeps a before and after, including the ones where nothing moved and the ones that made it worse. They all stay in your account. You decide what to export.

Questions people ask us.

Including two we can’t answer with a number.

  • What is AI visibility tracking?

When someone asks AI which business to use, it names a few. AI visibility tracking is checking, on a schedule, whether you're one of them. Ledger does that, suggests changes to your site, and checks again after you make them to show what changed.

  • How is this different from SEO?

SEO is about getting into a list of 10 links that people still have to click. AI doesn't give a list. It names two or three businesses and describes them. You're either in that answer or you're not. The work overlaps, but how you win is different.

  • Which AI assistants do you check?

Up to six: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek, Perplexity, and Grok. Your plan decides how many. We ask through each company's official API with web search turned on, so answers can be a little different from what someone sees in the app. We save every answer in full, so you can read exactly what was said.

  • Do I need to install anything or change my website?

You don't install anything, and we never touch your site. Give us your web address. We read your public pages, figure out what you sell, and write the questions your customers would ask. When we write a fix, you approve it and add it yourself, or pass it to whoever runs your site.

  • How long until AI starts recommending me?

We don't know, and anyone who says they do is guessing. AI companies update their models on their own schedule. What we can show you is what changed and when. We ask the same questions 14 days after your fix goes live and show you the difference, even if it's nothing or it got worse.

  • What if a fix makes things worse?

The re-check will say so, in the same red we use for every drop. You can undo any fix, because each one is a single change you made yourself.

  • Is any of this against the rules?

No. It's the same work a good web team would do: describe your business clearly so computers can read it, answer questions near the top of your pages, and get listed on the directories your industry already uses. No tricks. Tricks stop working as soon as the AI updates.

  • What happens to my data?

We save the questions we asked, the answers AI gave, and what we found in them. We never publish anything, email anyone, or change anything for you without your OK.

Try your first three questions.

No email, no account, no sales call. Put in your web address and see what comes back.
